Uninstalling Twonky/Pure FlowServer from an Apple Mac
Before you can uninstall any program you should ensure you have stopped the program or service running as it may be running in the background which could hamper any uninstall process.
You can stop most services and processes using the Activity Monitor program. Open Finder > Applications > Utilities > Activity Monitor.
Look for any entries labelled 'TwonkyMedia' as above, highlight them one at a time, and then select Quit Process. You may be prompted to confirm your actions. If so choose the Force Quit option.
Now you're free to uninstall the application. Mac OS 10 will allow you to drag an application icon in to the Trash bin and empty the bin to complete a full uninstall.
Open Finder > Applications and look for your Twonky or Pure FlowServer application icon, and drag it to the Trash bin. Empty the Trash bin to complete a full uninstall.
